Wisconsin (i /w?'sk??ns?n/) is a U.S. state located in the north-central United States and is considered part of the Midwest. Heritage for the Blind is a non-profit organization serving the blind and visually impaired in Wisconsin. Our mission is to provide the tools necessary to help the blind and visually impaired in Wisconsin independently explore and participate fully in society.
